The 4-5mm yellowish-brown hopper has a rather narrow shape and has the medial vein of the pale forewings darkened, especially toward the wing-tip. There is some variation however, so other long veins may also be darkened, and one form has a dark spot at the apex of the clavus.

Good photographs of specimen, from top down, from side and showing details of dark spots on side of head will support ID. You should note habitat and host plant if possible. Examination of male internal genital structure will support ID.
