A small elongate plant-hopper associated wth Carex in grassland. The base colour is pale, yellowish; the pronotum has two dark triangles and a pale central area.  Macropterous forms have darkened apical cells in forewings.   There is a large dark spot on the gena (side of the head).  Examination of male genitalia will confirm identification.

Can only be identified by examination of male internal genital structure.  Good photogrpahs of specimen, from top down, from side and showing details of dark spots on side of head will support ID. You should note habitat and host plant if possible.
