Cap convex then flattened and slightly umbonate, grey or grey-brown, darker in the centre, and sometimes with some blueish or greenish tints.  Gills white then brownish-pink. Stem pale grey. 

On deciduous wood (not always willow).

Early summer to late autumn.

Widespread and common (Kibby, V2, 2020)

Fairly frequent in Leicestershire and Rutland.
