Habitat
Sparsely vegetated ponds with little organic matter.
When to see it
All year round.
UK Status
First recorded in the UK in Norfolk in 2005 but seems to be rapidly spreading west.
VC55 Status
Uncommon in Leicestershire and Rutland.
