Habitat

Likes areas with small streams, including woodland streams.

When to see it

Adults are primarily found from May to July (peaking in June) in the U.K but have been recorded as late as September.

UK Status

Widely distributed in England and Wales, becoming less frequent in Scotland.

VC55 Status

Status in Leicestershire and Rutland not known.
