Iberis sempervirens is a spreading plant to 30cm in height, with narrow, dark green leaves. Flowers pure white, in dense heads to 4 cm in width, at first flattish, later becoming rounded.

Evergreen plant.

There are occasional records of this species being found away from cultivation in Britain.

Rarely recorded in the wild in Leicestershire and Rutland.
