Habitat
Often located in well wooded areas.

June to September.
Life History
The larvae live and feed within rolled leaves.
UK Status
Status in Britain is not known, but the lack of records suggests that it may be rather uncommon.
VC55 Status
The Swithland Wood recod of 18 July 2009 may be the first record of this species in Leicestershire and Rutland.
