Habitat
They are typically found under or in carrion, rotting vegetation or dung etc.
When to see it
Mainly April to October.
UK Status
Widespread in Britain.
VC55 Status
Occasional in Leicestershire and Rutland. There were approximately 15 VC55 records for this species up to March 2015.
