Length 3 to 3.5 mm, associated wih various labiates, including Mint.   Identification of some Eupteryx species can be difficult and requires careful examination of markings on vertex, pronotum and forewings.   A small pale yellowish-green leafhopper with brown-ringed cells in the forewings.  It has a deeply incised black mark on the vertex.  Identification can be confirmed by examination of internal male genitalia.
