A coral fungus, up to 10 cm high.  Creamy white to yellow branches, sometimes white or pinkish, and browning with age.  The branches have the shape of a candelabra; each branch tip has a number of pointed tips that look like a tiny crown.  Found on rotted, often moss-covered deciduous and sometimes coniferous logs.

Rare.  The 2025 record is believed to be the first for Leicestershire and Rutland.
