Fine-leaved Water-dropwort - Oenanthe aquatica

Description

Glabrous; stems hollow; leaves 2-4 pinnate, leaf-segments ovate/linear; usually no bracts, short bracteoles.  Some umbels axillary and opposite leaflets; peduncles shorter than rays.

Oenanthe fluviatilis; other wetland umbellifers

Still or slow-moving water, marshes, shallow ponds and ditches

It is on the current VC55 Rare Plant Register (Hall & Woodward, 2022) as 'locally rare' with few recent records.
