A black and pale yellow mirid bug.  Males are usually macropterous with 2nd antennnal segment less than 1.45x the base of the pronotum.  Females are usually brachypterous and the 2nd antennal segment is less than 1.75x the base of the pronotum. 

Other species of Globiceps - but these are unlikely to be present in VC55.  Similar markings to Dryophilocoris flavoquadrimaculatus, but this is common and associated with Oak

Good quality photographs that enable relative measurement of antennal segment/pronotum base, or retain a specimen for examination by a County Recorder.
