A very common psyllid found on hawthorn.  Initially green in spring, it becomes orange, brown and black as the season changes to summer,  Adults are hard to identify, but the nymphs have a brown streak on the wing-buds.

Submit photos of nymphs showig brown streaks on wing-buds.  Adults require examination of genitalia to determine, and if you are recording an adult we recommend that you have it verified beforehand by an expert from a specimen or clear microscope photos.
