Description

Albugo lepigoni is a white blister-rust that causes galls on Spurrey (Spergula) and sea-spurreys (Spergularia).    The leaves are covered in whitish pustules.

Habitat

On spurreys.  Roadsides, arable land, sandy soils - and on saltmarshes and the coast outside VC55.  Spergularia marina is increasingly found inland on salted roadside verges.
