Length 3 mm. A small but quite distinctive psyllid, although care must be taken to rule out the similar Cacopsylla species. The body and wings are a dull yellow-orange although the pronotum and genal cones are often pale and the abdomen may occasionally be green. The long female terminalia are also distinctive.
