A white fungus associated with the dead leaves of Holly. To 15 mm with a thin, wiry red-brown stem and a very small off-white cap. Both cap and stems are covered in long projecting hairs.

Other small white Marasmius or Mycena occur on fallen decaying leaves of various species.

Photograph from top down, in side-view and underneath to show gills; ensure your photo clearly shows the length of the stipe from gills to base.  You must note substrate and habitat, and either identify the leaf species or ensure your photos include clear images of the whole leaf

On dead, moist Holly leaves.
