Description
Length 4 to 4.7 mm. E. loewii is variable in colour, but often shows a striking dark arc on the forewing.
Similar Species
If the pattern of dark markings on the wing veins is absent, the species can closely resemble Eurhadina concinna and E. ribauti.
Recording advice
Photograph showing dark arcs on wings; state host plant. If the dark arcs are missing, genitalia dissection of males is required.

Sycamore, occasionally Field Maple
