This species has five calyx lobes, but one is much shorter than the other four.  The stems are hairy all round, and flowers in axillary racemes, like those of Germander speedwell.

Please provide photos showing the axillary racemes, stems, leaves and preferably the calyx lobes too.

Introduced as a cultivated plant, so likely to be found as a throw-out or escape near to habitation or in waste places.

Flowering June-July.

A compact perennial.

Introduced to Britain as a garden plant and occasionally recorded as an escape or throw-out. 

Rarely recorded in Leicestershire and Rutland.
