Length 3 to 3.5 mm, associated mainly with oak. Two prominent spots on the vertex and four small marks at the front of the pronotum. The forewings have dark streaks along the two long cells closest to the midline, and the lower part of the face is blackish.

A. parvula is smaller, and probably associated with calcareous soils
