Length 4 mm.  A pale leafhopper associated with oak.  It has a fatter, flattened appearance compared to other Typhlocybinae. There is a short dark line on the outer apical vein.   Nymphs are flattened and pale. with distinctive dark markings, but cannot be identifed.

Three other Eurhadina species are associated with oak.  The common Eurhadina pulchella and rare E kirschbaumi have a spot on the external apical vein, rather than a line.  Eurhadina ribauti is very similar, but rarer; it can only be separated from E concinna by dissection of the male genitalia.
