Description

A black and white coloured species with a dark stigma in the wing.

Well vegetated areas.

When to see it

Summer and autumn.

Life History

It is parthenogenetic on the roots of grasses for much of the year and then produces sexual morphs which feed, mate and produce winter eggs on Dogwood.
